Erica's Personal Training Studio ~ One on One/Small Group/Large Group Fitness "fun & motivating" caters for all levels of fitness & capabilities.

Erica's Personal Training Studio is focused on providing professional and high quality Personal Training. We can work together to achieve your personal goals, to meet and exceed your expectations.

I can work with you in a variety of ways, such as: one to one, partner or small/larger group sessions. I will work with you to help improve your body composition, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or conditioning. I can also help you with specific goals, such as an increase in strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, high intensity interval training, flexibility or training for a particular sporting event/race.

About your Personal Trainer - Erica Broadhead

I am an enthusiastic and conscientious person, who is always keen to take on a new and challenging task. I am a friendly and encouraging individual which is crucial to the nature of my work. I am totally passionate about exercise and helping others to improve their well being.

I re-qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2013 with Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR. Originally qualified with YMCA NVQ Level 2 in the United Kingdom in 1999.

I have run my own part-time business as a Fitness Instructor in the United Kingdom, Hungary, South Africa and Malaysia; with classes such as: Boot camp, Circuit, Aqua, Conditioning, Swiss Ball Core and Aerobics.
